1. Domestic Production Mazda's total domestic production volume in October 2011 decreased 0.8% compared to October 2010 due to reduced production of passenger vehicles.

2. Overseas Production Mazda's overseas production volume in October 2011 decreased 24.2% compared to October 2010, reflecting decreased production of both passenger and commercial vehicles.

II. Domestic Sales
Mazda's total domestic sales volume in October 2011 increased 77.5% compared to October 2010, due to increased sales of both passenger and commercial vehicles. Mazda's registered vehicle market share was 4.6% (up 1.4 points year-on-year), with a 2.9% share of the micro-mini segment (up 0.6 points year-on-year) and a 4.0% total market share (up 1.2 points year-on-year).

III. Exports
